The before/after picture quality is really not the best. Still the jaw result does look good (at least from what i can see on the picture).

first time i see implant on one side only and it truly looks good, my right side is better too so i now consider this, or maybe one different size implant for each zygo

cheekbone implant looks good but jaw implant is too unnatural.

but they just weren't for him at all, not really the fault of the surgeon tbh

The last pic looks good. Improvement definitely. Seeing the whole face would be ideal. Compare 2nd and the last pic, and the right jaw in the last pic looks better.

I have a bit similar situation: I only need to improve my other jaw.
