I could be wrong but I think it kinda depends on the country. Like this guy had a deviated septum and jaw tightness which is why he said the got the surgery. So in America and places similar I believe it’s hard to get without functional or severe recession. But I think countries like Russia, the doctors are more open to performing for cosmetic benefit.
