Only chin wing, cheek or jaw implants can increase frontal psl.

Yes, same thing, just go from the 5 to the 4 this time. The vertical length decreases, and the horizontal increases.

That's why it's easier to get more forward movement with CCW, as the rotation part on it's own does some of it for you.

Two completely different things. You can have a certain rotation of one part of the jaw, and something different for your other. For example, my surgeon is rotating my maxilla CW, and my mandible CCW.

My upper jaw was moved relatively to the lower jaw (after they moved it 10mm forward) and then performed a La Forte I osteotomy. My upper jaw was divided in 3 segments, spread out, angled and moved forward.”

could one get 10mm of advancement with no health conditions?

They didnt touch the mid face they just made the jaw longer by rotating clock wise hence he looks like he has a longer mid face when in reality its just the jaws
