Bout to work a 2 month job (during summer) that pays 5,616 dollars (not including tips)
Problem is, shifts end like 00:00–1 AM on average, which fucks with my sleep and circadian shit and upside down anal fucks my heightmaxxing protocol.
My question is:
Would taking Selank + melatonin and peptides before bed mimic my sleep as if I slept early? Like kind of resetting my circadian rhythm?
