I think you would look way better without the beard. And you should take better care of your hair, it looks very greasy and that is not a good look, I know this from personal experience, it is very important to look clean if you want to look attractive.

Long hair is fine but you must wash it regularly and you must go to the hair stylist or a very good barber to get a hairstyle, even if you want long hair, you need to pick a specific hairstyle, otherwise, you won't be at your best.

I think that beards work much better for older men, when you are young, you ruin your youthful look by using a beard.

My profile picture is a perfect example of this, Tom Welling never had a beard when he was in his 20s, but he had long hair that was always clean, and now that he is older, he has a beard and short hair, he adapted his style based on his age.
