I wish we had a single Giant result with frontal, profile pre and post op. I guess that's too much to ask for since he almost never openly advertises his results.

It's not even that. It's that 99% people don't want to share their results. People get surgery out of necessity. There is no ROI sharing. Either you get surgery in todays age or you get left behind. I would pay someone to screenshot his B&A he shares on Zoom but obviously he would get the mods to remove it just like they are probably going to get this thread taken down.

Of course, I understand why. But if you're rendering a service and publicly advertise it, there's a reasonable expectation that you showcase some results. Almost all cosmetic surgeons with an online presence have publicly accessible cases.

also you don't need a medical license to design - all the engineers at 3d systems or whatever company are just engineers with no knowledge of aesthetics and basic understanding of the human anatomy

even rameiri said that giant has the best designed implants, if you think rameiri is negligent I guess take that up with him

No, you’re conflating implant designs with surgical planning. My understanding is that in Turkey, Giant is actually planning the surgeries as well - not just the implant designs like in Western countries.

I think it’s morally dubious to outsource planning to someone with no medical license, even if the patient expressly requests it.

Imagine if a cardiologist got input on fitting a pace maker from someone who’d never gone through medical school just because the patient asked for it.

what are you even talking about tbh. most surgeons don’t do any hands on designing at all, they just tell some retard with no idea what he’s doing - to do around this much rotation and or this much advancement

their was a big scandal a while back with Dr. Alfi because people found out his brother with no credentials or even a college degree was planning and designing his surgeries
