new lump

i was stretching and noticed a little lump between my armpit and the actual muscle on my chest. it's not poking out but i can still feel it if i put my fingers on the area. i'm thinking that it's either a lymph node or lipoma but if someone was any insight lmk. i'm not doing anything reckless rn so i doubt it's from anything synthetic
