Yes i'm harsh but realistical. You don't need to point out everything that won't matter or ascend him. You should always tell people the most important things they should do. Everything is alright if he fixes his face shape, and if he doesn't, even if he manage to have the best soft features in the world, he won't ever be genuinely gl.
