I am theorizing that using an airofit device could potentially lift your hyoid skin and provide you with more forward growth. I think it has potential to improve suprahyoid/infrahyoid muscles, induce better tounge posture, and lift your hyoid positioning. Also, respiratory training could engage a altered breathing pattern which could help reconstitute proper tounge posture leading to forward growth.

idk bhai its late i don't feel like doing research
