You don't need electricity to use his method. From the little I've seen he talks about Wollf's law, and that has existed on the looksmaxxing community wayyy long before him in the form of Masaai Jumps and weighted ankles.

If you're truly curious about what he's selling, buy it and set a dispute on your bank. But I'm 99.99% sure it won't provide anything meaningful, just another grifter selling you hope.

No it's about using a DDS generator to send sine waves at 30 hrz to desired bone to get it into a molecular fluidity state and the goal is to do heavy impact jumps with weights for bone density and hanging with weights to decompress the spine. Diet, minerals (especially calcium and boron) ,vitamin D + K2 and sleep also matters alot ofc and there is a lot to explain but I am too lazy to write it all down here.
Planning on doing this method without buying his shitty course I am too broke for wasting 40 dollers on something I can easly find out myself.

No proof or data that it works it is basically a experiment

edit: some studies has shown to grown and increased bone growth in animals ( rabbits and rats )

and don't buy the retards course for 40 dollar it would be useless
