1. What you need is a sledge hammer/car and a friend or a 10lbs+ boulder and rope
2. Have your friend bash your legs in or drive over them or drop the boulder on your legs to create small microfractures.
3. Then tie your legs to the ceiling to hang up side down to stretch yourself so gravity makes you taller as the bones grow back.
