What is it
10β,17β-dihydroxyestra-1,4-dien-3-one or DHED
is a prodrug designed to become E2 in the brain by metabolizing and binding to your ER alpha receptors.

This image shows how DHED is inactive in estrogen receptors but it converts to 17b estradiol through SDR mediated conversion and then binds to ERa/b receptors locally in the brain

Many neurological and psychiatric maladies originate from the deprivation of the human brain from estrogens. However, current hormone therapies cannot be used safely to treat these conditions commonly associated with menopause because of detrimental ...

How can this be used in gear cycles

This can be used in gear cycles that use an aramotase inhibitor to reduce the conversion of testostrone into E2, because of it causing Gynecomastia or infertility when the levels are high, as an ancillary.
When E2 is nuked, estrogen signaling in the brain drops, reducing synaptic plasticity, BDNF expression, cholinergic and dopaminergic activity, and
overallneuronal energy metabolism, which can contribute to brain fog, poorer memory, and impaired cognition

You can use this in your cycle to cancel out the negative effects on cognition from an aramotase inhibitor which is caused by low E2 by supplying it selectively to the brain so that we dont have to deal with gyno or infertility

Tl;dr
DHED selectively converts to estrogen in your brain with minimal conversion in the rest of the body and binds to ER alpha receptors which can eliminate AI’s negative side effects on the brain

All these designer, uber selective, uber specific new compounds are so exciting and fascinating. Everyday I log into .org I see a new substance I have never heard of before. Its important to keep in mind that this is essentially the spirit of .org if you know what I mean. This forum is meant for people to obsessively optimize. every molecule every way.

Bro im ngl DHED is not really niche or new. I myself and some others i know have been on it for 6+ months. Also I am pretty sure it is commonly used with Tren in the bodybuilding community

Good introducing thread ignoring that
