i never said “dont use it if hc aint cutting it” - as a matter of fact, ive always been telling people to go for it if hc isnt sufficient. however, it is sufficient the overwhelming majority of the time - so going stronger is pointless - and is usually diminishing returns.

it still stimulates the activity your body would have when your cortisol is naturally high which means you get those side effects of high cortisol like immune sytem supression and changes in your metabolism so you could get ill or could lead to excessive weight gain if not accounted for

i’ve said it before and i will say it again - hydrocortisone is the perfect strength. people who keep talking about all these other corticosteroids simply havent tried hc to begin with. it is strong enough as is to shrink your nose as much as it can be shrunk, except it will not add any side effects on top of that like any of these strong corticosteroids may, as well as the fact that it is super easy to source and is dirt cheap.
