Use an ai of your choice along with shopify free trial create a website for shopify of a parking garage. print qr code stickers and put them on parking meters or places downtown to get people to scan and pay for parking. you do nothing people scan and pay for parking. not ethical but you should get a small amount of money every once in a while. Make sure you use a burner email and info along with a good non routed vpn so you dont get caught if someone gets their car towed. (you most likely wont as fraud cases rarley go solved)
