I try and do this as well. There's only one issue. No matter how long I look at their eyes they never look back. Pointless really.

Really? No looks at all? Not even a glance? That shouldn’t be the case even if you wrre sub-5. I think location matters alot too. In certain countries people mind their own business and in others they will stare at people

At best they'll look at me for a millisecond and then rapidly turn their heads away. I'm not sub5 but it's over for anyone sub HTN tbh.
