Pull ups all being with shoulders agains the bar, not some stupid 70% pull ups everyone thinks are pull ups.

Update 2: 7x dips until almost hitting the ground (very deep dips).

Don’t do that anymore. Last time was 20.
I think I’m not hitting that again if I tried it now since I’ve gotten heavier. No reason to even do unweighted this far, once you go fully weighted you don’t really go back.
