17 pull-ups I cant do cardio did .6 miles and I cannot catch my breathe at all bro and my heart is pounding I fo like 5 miles a day but idk bro I cant breathe w pr tho

Nice bro. Once u reach like 20 clean pull ups then start doing weighted pull ups.

My back blew up from doing weighted pull ups only, no other back exercises.

It makes everything so much easier.

Just put some weight in a backpack or if u don’t have any just put some books or something in there jfl. Thats what I did when I was like 16

Jfl I did a 70 lb weighted pull up and i can do muscle up

160 bw i did it at school cuz I dont have the proper equipment and not tall enough ceilings

Nice pull ups is literally probably the best exercise ever. Literally nothing beats it. I remember when I used to do lat pull downs and I couldn’t feel shit in my back muscles but with pull ups they’re great.

Underrated for sure.

Although I might add some rows there’s a good machine at my gym for that. They’re supposed to be good

Yeah only a year ago I could do 0 pull-ups now look at me
