New Raffaini result on a young male

He has some videos on his insta and TikTok but no clear front face before after.

Profile view change is really good. Unfortunately this is not so relevant in real life. He still suffers from hardcore lack of 3D bone growth. Front face radically lacks width but seems like the mouth area and lips improved. Nose looks decent enough. No ugly widening

It's a good base to add implants or fillers imo

Implants / Fillers are so obviously needed. So the question becomes: why pay 50k for Raffaini when some capable surgeons can do trimax and implants for half that.

I’m also skeptical of these 15 day post op photos from these Italian surgeons. How is there such little swelling around the upper maxilla and lower jaw. I was giga bloated for like 3 months.

What kind of implants ? He cant get any, he should fat graft upper eyelid slightly at best, fix the lower eyelid retraction. Jaw implant is shit and wont do anything on him as his bizyg width is low and bigonion is already wide enough. Infra implant could improve his ogee curve slightly. But overall he is maxxed out because of head shape.

He should be happy he ascended this far, sure why not do a full on head implant and obo at giant + every facial implant known to men. That will for sure be good

His fotos and videos look like selfie videos on a smartphone so there is definitely lens distortion which is especially brutal for long face cels.

He should be able to reach HTN front face with some additional implants or fillers, fixing his shitty hair and trying to make his negative canthal tilt look less retarded.
