Lifefuel for philcelsAscended
Yea made good diffrenceits with implate btw
Yea i mean true, but he prob didnt do the decomp needed for more. Doing 20 mm advancements often needs extractions and braces for a 1-1,5 yearr u all trolling. its brutal underadvancement. He tilts his head super hard not to look recessed af lmao
its not the decomp bro. his jaw relation looks normal on soft tissue. Decomp is about skeletal malocclusion and he doesnt seem to have it. Hes just underadvanced as shitYea i mean true, but he peob didnt do the decomp needed for more
Agreed but i think it was due to decompCould have got more.
Are you dumb, its the bite that needs to fit, he coulnt take more maxilla since he already has a flat phil. And doing more lower or ccw needs lots of decomp and sometimes even extractions.its not the decomp bro. his jaw relation looks normal on soft tissue. Decomp is about skeletal malocclusion and he doesnt seem to have it. Hes just underadvanced as shit
can you explain whyLifefuel for philcels
Because it looks slight shortercan you explain why
if you jaw is in perfect occlusion why would you need more decomp for more ccw? ccw is performed without decomp too. Decomp is for jaw relation not rotation. Are you dumb, its the bite that needs to fit, he coulnt take more maxilla since he already has a flat phil. And doing more lower or ccw needs lots of decomp and sometimes even extractions.
Lol, occlusion and decomp is not the same thing. And no you cant just rotate the jaws without decomp even if the occlusion is right since it will create unstable bite and all sorts of problems. Decomp is about the relationship between teeth and bone and condylesif you jaw is in perfect occlusion why would you need more decomp for more ccw? ccw is performed without decomp too. Decomp is for jaw relation not rotation.
decomp is about bone relation between upper and lower jaw. if its good ccw is performed without decompLol, occlusion and decomp is not the same thing. Decomp is about the relationship between teeth and bone and condyles
I hope you are trolling if you think you can rotate however you like and its not at all related to decomp. Maybe at celal you can do it. Loldecomp is about bone relation between upper and lower jaw. if its good ccw is performed without decomp
just ccw with no braces or anything
Also this guy was less recessed than the other guy decomp is required for larger bssosYour iq is that of a pigeon ? Go to alfaro he is the best no problems, people habe had negative occlusional planes at alfaro lol
Nah bro he needed more linear advancementAgreed but i think it was due to decomp
what does that have to do with the surgeon. Just showcase. good skeletal occlusion=you can rotate the jaw complex, skeletal malocclusion=decomp beforehand. Im not really interested in arguing this anymore.Your iq is that of a pigeon ? Go to alfaro he is the best no problems, people habe had negative occlusional planes at alfaro lol
You are a basememt dwelling midwit at bestwhat does that have to do with the surgeon. Just showcase. good skeletal occlusion=you can rotate the jaw complex, skeletal malocclusion=decomp beforehand. Im not really interested in arguing this anymore.
Also im a high iq genius
ironicYou are a basememt dwelling midwit at best
Damn you really want a remake of pags botch on this forumNah bro he needed more linear advancement
true it would, he will probably post itWould be interesting to see his scan
Prob, i think he was a high risk patient for lip incompetence@lurking truecel look at his philtrum in post op its flat or even slightly convex
if he advanced more you think he would have gotten chimp lip?
his soft tissue cant take it lmaoNah bro he needed more linear advancement
Not true, people with high angled occlusal plane also have skeletal discrepancywhat does that have to do with the surgeon. Just showcase. good skeletal occlusion=you can rotate the jaw complex, skeletal malocclusion=decomp beforehand. Im not really interested in arguing this anymore.
Also im a high iq genius
Very large nasolabial angle. A good surgeon could advance more without butchering the soft tissuehis soft tissue cant take it lmao
we would need front pic too, because yes he might have been able to take more. But he would have needed impaction which often makes the front worse and shortens the faceVery large nasolabial angle. A good surgeon could advance more without butchering the soft tissue

Irrelevant.we would need front pic too, because yes he might have been able to take more. But he would have needed impaction which often makes the front worse and shortens the face
I mean people can descend hard from impaction because you remove bone support. Its the like doing premolar extractions but on roidsIrrelevant.
You don't need impaction to advance more. It's nonsenseI mean people can descend hard from impaction because you remove bone support. Its the like doing premolar extractions but on roids
Yea just do whatever you want, its easy reallyYou don't need impaction to advance more. It's nonsense
he did get 3mm impaction.we would need front pic too, because yes he might have been able to take more. But he would have needed impaction which often makes the front worse and shortens the face
