Yea i mean true, but he prob didnt do the decomp needed for more. Doing 20 mm advancements often needs extractions and braces for a 1-1,5 year

its not the decomp bro. his jaw relation looks normal on soft tissue. Decomp is about skeletal malocclusion and he doesnt seem to have it. Hes just underadvanced as shit

if you jaw is in perfect occlusion why would you need more decomp for more ccw? ccw is performed without decomp too. Decomp is for jaw relation not rotation.

Lol, occlusion and decomp is not the same thing. And no you cant just rotate the jaws without decomp even if the occlusion is right since it will create unstable bite and all sorts of problems. Decomp is about the relationship between teeth and bone and condyles

so basically you cant expect everyone to have the same capacity for advancement
