i def think ram would have done more ccw and pog if it was possible. I think he would have needed more decomp, many people just want surgery as fast as possible. Doing decomp for a extra few degree extra ccw is something some people dont do

Also doing tjr is a crazy surgery and has some new risks and even physio related stuff. Sure its good, but doing that one for aesthetics is wild. Even bimax is wild but that one is diff wild

According to the plan the upper incisor moved 5 mm forward which is pretty mild for someone who looks like this pre op

for me i was at risk for relapse bc my tmj was alr weak and prob couldnt support the big movements i needed.

i read like hundreds of recovery threads on reddit and it was pretty similar, i dont think the joint replacement made anything significantly different compared to regular djs recovery. one thing for me was i was so fucking greasy and musty the first week lol
