Thats crazy because implate should in theory look the most natural, as it covers almost the entire mandible length (while also acting as the bsso plate).

I was super impressed with another users result on here, sfs patient who also had implate, ascended his jawline so much.

I have seen worse bases with harder ascensions. I think this is cope to defend ramieri. He just lacks the skillset and the heavy lifting of the result is done by the implant.

If you remove the implant he looks like he has just gotten a genioplasty.


Also never trust a surgeon that doesn't also include frontal before after fotos. This further proves that the heavy lifting is done by the implant because it wouldn't help for front face.

I am going to ask him for a very conservative design just to correct assymetry and add definition, not looking for ramus heightening or more angularity and hopefully everything safe will happen
