That's the reality for most. You do understand that the difference between being sub 5 and an average normie is that his life has improved tenfold? Sure he is not treated like a god but he won't be the victim of constant assumptions of being a creep, being annoying, etc. At worst he is treated neutrally. As it stands not everyone can become a Chad but surgery can improve many lives even if it won't get the results you think it will. You're all so used to seeing already good looking guys "ascend" that you're forgetting that looksmaxxing helps out men like the guy in OP the most.
