If you have above 5.00 I would consider it a failo, your eyes would appear short. There is such thing as too low of a FWPFL ratio, as seen by KSI but keep in mind his eye area is not good.

Vertically tall eyes with good pfl look extremely feminine/cat like but not necessary falio. Vertically tall eyes with bad PFL look cuckish/prey and incredibly falio. Elijah wood doesn’t have a bad eye area imo

FWPFL is the base for eye surgery, if you have a good enough FWPFL, you will look good with eye surgery. If someone got eye surgery but they had a high FWPFL, it wouldn't look as good. Elijah's ratio is fine, its his sparse eyebrows, non-ideal hooding, vertically tall eyes, and non-defined medial canthus which makes it look bad

I made a thread before with the inverse of your ratio. I said the ideal PFL to bizygo width is 0.235, so from taking the reciprocal of that the ideal FWPFL ratio is 4.25
