He just need buccal fat removal/lipo now. He's Slavic so they tend to have higher amounts of subcutaneous fat, which hides his hollow cheeks.

i'm very jealous.
We have a somewhat similar before (he mogs me though)
His result is exactly what I need. (basically i look a lot better slightly pouting and opening my bite which gives the same 'look' as the after) - Was hoping to get a camouflage result with a genio or something. binax way too much expense and time

looks like he has normal buccal fat, but yeah does have the typical meaty east slavic face. He might just be a bit fat in which case cutting should suffice.

Also kinda feel like the soft tissue result could've been better anyway. He is still anatomically recessed and needed some downgrafting with modest CCW to totally correct his short lower third, instead it seems his surgeon dropped the chin to the mask the shortness. His nose probably would've been spared this way too.
