I've researched a bit and also read some threads about improving skin and I've now got a basic skincare routine for oily skin. Let me know what you think.

Cleanser: La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser 200 ml $13

Moisturiser:
CeraVe Oil Control Gel-Cream 52 ml $18

SPF:
La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 Oil Control SPF50+ 50 ml $14

Is this a solid routine? I reckon it will cost me around $30/month, is this expensive or well priced?

It’s fine, but La Roche Posay Triple barrier moisturizer is better.

View attachment 4671356 This, also consider GHK-CU and accutane (depending on age)
Ah okay, thank you. Regarding GHK-CU and Accutane I don't really need those. Though I might experiment with some retinoids / retinol in the future, I don't have too much knowledge regarding them yet, neither do I have the urgent need for them.

If you are over 18 I’d recommend GHK-CU, I’m a conservative guy and would never pin something that doesn’t have decades of research or can promote cancer such as MT2.

For whatever you look into- use Grok, it provides all Clinical data and provides factual research unlike ChatGPT which spews shit with no sources.

I'm 17, 18 soon. I might want to look into GHK-CU then, are you pinning it?

Thanks for the advice g, will try it out.

Never actually heard of azelaic acid, interesting. But holy, no spf even though you're on tret + accutane, skin must get sunburnt really easy?

ah i see, ngl I've not got too much experience with spfs. Only been using one by cerave but it made my skin look really oily and shiny. there are some sunscreen recommendations in this doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/14odhwjGkPX7IjhDX_KbwyvQPHiPJ5djDlXBkkDcdZGI/edit?tab=t.0
"If you can’t decide on an SPF product, your safest option is to go for the ones made for kids."

every day??
Double cleanse when you're skin feels oily (recommended at night) , i would recommend a double cleansing bundle from ANUA, I've used this before and it was actually pretty decent.
