I need a new split I’ve stuck with my same split for like a year and half already I want to switch it up
Current split
Monday:Chest and tricep
Tuesday:Back bicep and forearm
Wednesday:shoulders and abs (maybe legs if I’m feeling it)
Repeat I sometimes skip Sundays
