Culturelle daily, i eat low carbs (around 50-150) so it helps if I dont get enough fiber I do drink 3L+ water tho and it also helps clearing skin apparently (haven’t taken it long enough yet). L-cit ive read helps with nitrogen oxide/blood flow which helps with gym performance, sex, and overall health
