It's very simple: just don't eat processed foods.nutrition is such a complicated field where you literally cannot confirm anything, its so weird. there are few communities that have as much polirization with extreme viewpoints then the nutrition industry, apart from political stuff. but youd think nutrition would be more objective and not subjective cuz its a science, yet theres so many opinions that no one truly knows
i mean what is processed though? just processed sugars? or vegetables? It's very simple: just don't eat processed foods.
in nature you don't have access to any where near as much sugar as you do rnThis is why Ray Peat's diet model mogs Naturalist Carnivore Ketogenic Garbage.
We don’t crave sugar for no reason,
Everything leads back to intuitive eating.
processed as in, extensive preparation required. Processed sugars should be eliminated, vegetables are only ok if they can be eaten raw, and fruits are great. Organ meats should be the focus, especially since they were especially prized throughout human history for their health and taste. don't need to complicate things, just eat naturally.i mean what is processed though? just processed sugars? or vegetables?
organ meats dont taste good though, i dont find it natural to eat raw liver (i have before) cuz it doesnt taste goodprocessed as in, extensive preparation required. and that's totally fine. you should eat what tastes good to you, as long as it is natural. try eating raw heart, it tastes really good.organ meats dont taste good though, i dont find it natural to eat raw liver (i have before) cuz it doesnt taste good
