I have made a new thumb pulling method that I am ready to share, I made it up in my bathroom and would want to have second opinions from qualified forum specialists.
This method targets the zygo/cheekbone area
Step 1: smile
self-explanatory unless you have thinking problems
Step 2: make a thumbs up with both hands
you want your thumbs facing away from your face
Step 3: rotate your thumbs/ entire hand towards your face so you are basically pointing at yourself
Step 4: insert them thumbs into the cornors of your mouth
Step 4: navigate thumbs backwards and then upward into the zygo area to the point where you can feel the bones infront of your thumbs
Step 4 (serious): bend over
Bend over and place your elbows slightly above your kneecaps as support for your arms for the amount of pulling you will put into them zygos
Step 5 (final step) pull zygos either outwards and fowards or just fowards with medium strength and gradually more when you get more pain tolerance. Make sure to relax your masseters and don’t flex them as that pushes on the thumbs
Tip (serious): when pulling and it hurts, start moving/ swinging around whilst pulling it helps with the pain
can sm1 tell me why this wouldn’t work if put done for months/ years. I have been doing this myself for a week now and I can say results are showing
