the marks on your cheeks could be acne scars, hyperpigmentation, or just freckles depending on the person and ethnicity they're seeing these marks as a problem so it would make more sense to see the marks rather than just read a description. also you got downvoted for having no post history like how do you even know about LM if you don't have any threads yet?
