I have not been doing this for years but def hop on u almost the same age as me im 15 and u could always use some bone mass,muscle height the sooner the better i could give u some tips how u should do ur cycle but always do ur own research

New by swallowing and keeping your tounge on the roof of your mouth, if you feel your cheeks in between your teeth it means your bitting your cheeks which really fuck you up

20iu hgh every day
25mg tyra 300 every day
25mg exemestan every day
500mg test e every week
But only around for 2-3 weeks now and got great results but it might be to expensiv for u well only tyra i but always do ur own research
