19 5’7 125 lb, looking for any advice on how to hallow out my face and define my facial muscles (3rd pic is a reference). I eat clean overall, (on a surplus to gain weight and support muscle growth) 30 minutes of medium-high intensity cardio 4x a week, lift weights 6x a week, am very hydrated and potassium to sodium levels are about 4:1. Any advice/techniques are highly appreciated! Thank you!
