I suggest straightening your hair and starting either accutane or a topical retinoid like tretinoin.

There are things only surgery can fix though, not sure if you want to go there.

The pics are mirrored so the stuff on my right chin is just razor burn and will be gone soon. I was just on accutane last year and my skin is on and off. Any other softmaxxes?
