I also have skin issues, i have serious sebaceous hyperplasia on my cheeks, dark circles, dark underarms and neck due to acanthosis nigricans and too manymacne scars. My beard isnt full and dense and my voice isnt just deep enough.

track you calories, find your maintenance calorie intake and deduct 500kcal of that and track your micronutrient intake, also increase water intake and to blunt your appetite increase caffeine intake, also 20mins of incline LIIT cardio everyday and ull be good in a couple months

yeah, i am always on 800cal deficit diet daily, and take about 90-100 gm protein daily. Earlier i used to do 50 min of HIIT cardio, but i cant seem to lose any weight.

Slim down the nose with rhino, lipolysis or Hydrocortisone (beware of side effects). Get a long sidepart with more volume on sides (right now sides are fucking you). Takes time to grow and looks horrible during but is worth it. Drugs to surpress hinger are Nicotine, caffeine, L-Tyrosine, Pseudoephidrine and L-Dopa (easy to get) and Methylphenidate, Addy, Lisdexamphetamine and decadrine. You may have to larp ADHD but you will get there. Beware of blood pressure during cut via stims. Also adjust your diet...ChatGPT can help you with that. Keep me updated
