I Will be training with a new method that i created: Low frequency,low volume high intensity PPL with only one excercise at 3 reps to failure, the training Is the same in the morning and Is done in the evening yet because cortisol regulates itself, meaning that if cortisol Is high because of the first training of the morning later Will be low on the training in the evening, meaning More testosterone secretion.

Enyone Will try?

But in the second workout cortisol Will raise less because of the first cortisol increases.The Best Is to do the se second workout 1 hour and a half later of the first workout, when I di this i feel better.

I WAS WRONG, THE BEST IS HIGH FREQUENCY 6 DAYS A WEEK, MEDIUM INTENSITY (5-6 REPS) AND HIGH VOLUME IN THE WEEK
