Yeah same I couldn’t form a sentence a few months ago but I can keep it slightly going but still struggle when it comes to women lol

I saw somewhere that if you don't want to stutter, think about what you are going to say three times in your head

say it in your head, three times then say it aloud and proud. I've heard this can help a stutter become nearly non existent within a few months.

obviously I ain't a speech therapist, but I did have a bit of a lisp after Covid ended which I improved by speaking practice.
