New Users Problem

I get my account is realtively new, having only joined this year. But there should be literally zero reason as to why someone that joined a month ago has 2000 posts, and 100 reputation. There should genuinely be an update that restricts a new users posts per day for like a few months. Even for me I didn't post much at all my first month. And this is more needed as are more and more users every day increasing the rate at which shitty posts appear. Like in the past week I've seen like 20 of the account types I said and half of them don't reply with useful information, or if they're not that type of account they're new accounts that either don't use a single scrap of critical thinking, or are baffled by the fact that they should do their own research. LIKE FUCK, i know i have some retarted posts but not all my shit is 10 IQ
