New way of thumb pulling

Well we all are doing tumb pulling by our thumbs but thumbs can't put too much pressure and with thumbs some people touch their teeths too which can make their teeth uneven but TAKE AN screwdriver or anything big which can fit in your mouth. Take an clean clothe put it on that thing and put that screwdriver on your maxilla and now if you'll pull screwdriver down from the front where it is used the back of screwdriver will put an VERY HIGH PRESSURE ON YOUR MAXILLA that pressure is way much more than your thumbs
