I’ve come to the conclusion that fbw, high frequency is better for nattys.

But now also, 1 heavy set to failure instead of multiple.

It’s logical, more fun, time efficient and just manly.

The first set is the best one so why do it two more times. More sets give less quality. And you are energetically spent at the end of the workout, this makes you have high energy throughout

You feel stronger by lifting heavier boosting t etc.

Also you can do more exercises in one go which is otherwise hard with fbw:s.

I am trying this now and will report back.

programs are a meme, what works the most for anyone is what they can consistently stick to because they enjoy it.


when people do the complete opposite of each other but stick to the principle of progressive overload they end up with similar results no matter what it was that they were doing.

Yes!

I just think it’s fun to test new approaches and shitpost for motivating myself.

But even me being a very critical thinker I never questioned that 3 or more sets are truth.

Then as I examined it, it’s just a meme. So why do 3-6 sets when you can do 1 or 2.

This is promising for time management.

people have literally told me that what I was doing wouldn't work from the get go, the same people are all smaller than me now or quit lifting altogether.

Youtube is a wealth of knowledge but workout information is really overcomplicated on there

nah, I think people need to adjust their program to themself. Back dominant, arm dominant or chest dominant should have different approach. "Just do basic brah" wont work for everyone. U just genetically gifted to have mogger physique while i need to do this shit with programms and nutrition to get rid of my noodle arms in compression with my torso.
