I’ve come to the conclusion that fbw, high frequency is better for nattys.
But now also, 1 heavy set to failure instead of multiple.
It’s logical, more fun, time efficient and just manly.
The first set is the best one so why do it two more times. More sets give less quality. And you are energetically spent at the end of the workout, this makes you have high energy throughout
You feel stronger by lifting heavier boosting t etc.
Also you can do more exercises in one go which is otherwise hard with fbw:s.
I am trying this now and will report back.
