It appeara both implant and fat grafting is not suitable to increase wrist size.
However i think that both bone cement and fillers might work.
Bone cement is literally bone and not an implant. You want mass on the wrist not sharp corners like the face.
In theory fillers can work just like fat transfer as long as you do a 4 month upkeep
