don't know any other famous person with that name that he could have meant. If you google for Gandy, david gandy is the first to come up + the word mogged on the rifle i think it's a safe assumption that he was somehow involved in the manosphere and specifically lookism/black pill/incel

It actually started in about 2003 by the RSD guy Tyler Durden on the forum at fastseduction.com at the time which was the one and only "seduction forum" on the net. He was describing blacks in Leicester Square and how difficult it is to compete with them for women when they are doing their spam black style approaching women on the street at Saturday night. It was originally just an acronym he used to describe the guys as he was writing the report as obviously these spaces are inhabited by aspies who use acronyms. It started off as AMOG - Alpha Male Other Guy.

They then started memorizing "AMOG Tactics" to deal with these guys. Check out a few here and imagine some nerds memorizing these and trying to use them against BBCs.
