Ive been here half a decade. I can confidently say two things.

The solution doesnt change ever its genetics or go under the knife and get that surgery. And there will be scammers out there trying to get you spend some momey on buying a course from them in the hope that you choose there idea of getting that course so they can profit. And the course will tell u to buy something for another idea they have. So u can constantly pay for the ideas these people have and they can profit
