Well, for once my immediate reaction is one of sheer astonishment.

Upon closer inspection i can see an orkish figure holding what appears to be a rocket launcher made out of a pig from the game (i don't remember what was it called?).
Seemingly running away from the humanoid you see a face with arms in the air. a leg on the ground, glasses and a wide open mouth.

The painting has no clear focal point, wit the center of the work being left empty, this forces your eye to wander and search piecing together the figures and the scene piece by piece.

The shapes are rather organic.

The work has neither color, nor highlights, mid tones or shadows.

No light sources are visible due to the simple pencil sketch drawing of the picture.

The depth cues are rather strange, while the head appears to be running towards us and to the left (away from the shooter) it looks as if it is in fact behind the ork, not in front of it as one may expect.

The rocket launcher resembling a pig on the other had has great semblance with the pigs from the video game angry birds by Rovio Entertainment.
Considering the title, the history of your previous works and the context of the forum you posted the painting in, i can only assume the depicted characters to symbolize forum users.
My assumptions would be that the pig is to stand for @MyDreamIsToBe183CM and Shrek to iconographically symbolize @Shrek2OnDvD .

@FramePillGymMaxx holy shit this was hardly structuralized and so on, but for a proper full analysis and criticism i would need to write 2x as much and start from scrap, i hope that is ok.
