i just realized that i have next fucking growth spurt so basically i had my PHV last year when i was growing a lot and this year it stopped i grew a little, 0.5cm from january to september and i stopped at 179.4cm i didnt gave a fuck so i didnt measured it but for a month and a half i noticed weird shit i my ankle started to hurt like fuck and my shin a lilll bit then i noticed that i was tired asf and i started sleeping like 10/11 hours a day my apetite increased a lot and i also noticed that i stink a lot more and today i measured my height and its 180.4cm so i am really fucking happy 16yo btw

this growth velocity is not in the cards for you. saying claim of a height increase at such a late aget tells me its not in the cards for you. most people are long and done. i might be done.
