Meeks would fit in the gta universe

I could imagine a mission of like Micheals daughter bailing out an ex prison felon because he’s super hot and then Micheal goes out and kills him.

He is like a real life gta character. Except he didn't become a successful criminal he was just a former criminal who became successful because he was an attractive criminal. I think he almost killed someone didn't get?
