In my opinion, if she never asked you to come with her, then she probably intends to have fun( you know what it means) but she asked you to come but you are busy so she is going alone, then she may not. Did she say anything like " I'm having a solo adventure " or " I am doing this trip alone. I should have some time with myself "? Then it's 100% a sign.
