Unlike goatis will have u believe the most important macronutrient is protein not fat. I literally ate so much dairy, and fatty foods from animal fat growing up ,it just left me overly seciated, undereating because its so seciating.

Sugar crash can happen especially if u over indulge in them, but honestly having some sugar is healthy fat is the main issue. I eat a lot of sugar too cuz its a carbohydrate, i dont fear sugar like its the bubonic plauge, it can just get very addicting and be bad for u if ur eating it consistently and relying on it for energy instead of complex carbs.
