(Inb4 manlet 6’6 250) but anyways I have a pretty decent frame but after competing and sparring against tons of different people of varying sizes in striking and grappling what I’ve come to realize is frame really is overrated.

Their are so many guys who are buff and jacked with wide clavicles who are surprisingly weak when it comes into physicality aspect it’s astonishingly surprising.

what really matters is muscle fiber type and bone density and just overall weight and functional strength.

there are so many guys who are way smaller than me who can generate surprising huge amounts of force explosivity and feel like boulders.

while some bigger guys are strong due to weight and size but they have nowhere near the same amount of pressure exerted or effort it takes to subdue them. And don’t get me started on the cardio issues they face to.

Now big guys who are explosive are the sharks to watch out for. But that only happens if you do a lifetime of athletics and is 0.001 percent of people.

Compared to all the other types of people I’ve listed this is a rare gem and barely exists. these people are the heavyweight champions.

"Best" guy in my gym is a skinny-lean striker

He had a small frame and body but muscles covered it up really well. You honestly can't tell unless you really try to see it and he's a pretty strong dude.

I am definitely a Chad. I am only going for good looking women. I ONLY approach Stacie's ONLY. She has to be a minimum 7/10 for me to date her MINIMUM which is a 5.5-6/10 on gantstars scale.

Did you not see how quick and fast he moved in his fight with pavlovich? That isn’t normal at all for a heavyweight to move like a lightweight especially that fluidly hence why he’s champion. And on a broken rib to lmao.

He’s fast twitch as fuck lmao.

Yeah
But I don't think it's twitch solely.

His coach trained him from start to prioritise explosivity. What sort of drills do you think he does?

You can train fast twitch through explosivity drills. The amount you can is genetically determined but it can be drastically improved through proper training. A good range is around 40-50 percent improvement if you do everything right. Not counting roids.

Max effort pylometrics such as box jumps, med ball slams, lateral jumps etc
Olympic lifting such as snatch and cleans.
Daily Sprinting.
compound lifts but at a 3-5 rep interval with max effort.

And max effort drilling and sparring with intent. Getting used to doing each movement at 100% develops these pathways also indirectly not to mention getting better at doing it automatically without thinking.

Miring knowledge brother. I'll try incorporate some of these

Who you got for Jones vs Miocic and Oliveira vs Chandler?

Jones brother. Miocic knows he’s walking into a death trap for a paycheck and to secure jones legacy before he retires sadly.

I have to say chandler. I like oliveria but I don’t think he can handle people when they cross a certain threshold as you can see with Islam and Arman. Chandlers resume is way to deep I feel but I could be surprise it’s nowhere near the same as jones vs miocic. He could get him on conditioning etc or submission

Good choices I'd agree for both.
You betting?

I might put 50 down for Jones.
