Ngl, i need some help

Disclaimer: im not a native english speaker so my english might seem a lil bit off

Ive been trying to "looksmax" for a very very long time and ive tried many things in this process, such as mewing, hardmewing, bs, eyepulling, thumbpulling, gym, cardio, chin tucks (didnt see no results, dont know if i dis it wrong)

I got some results from doing all of these (from my perspective, i went from ltn to mtn) but im still not satisfied with it

I know some problems in my face but i dont know how to fix them without surgery (maybe there isnt any way), so im asking you guys for help

From what ive noticed:
- i have low submandibular gland (no idea how to fix)
- recessed infras (i bought volifiline, idk if this will work because ive only been using it for 1 week)
- narrow jaw (absolutely no idea on how to fix, im hardchewing 2 hours straight, everyday except weekends, for 2 months and didnt see any results)

I might have more problems that i dont know, but idk man im just desperate for help, i dont have money to go through surgery

None of these worked from what I can see, your maxilla is still recessed, I can tell because your gonial angle hasn’t changed. Hop on roids, if you can’t afford surgeries then get fillers or cheap surgeries. Save up for a Lefort I
